Apartment is in the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, including incredible rooftop, dishwasher, wi-fi, laundry in building, and a gym. Dates are flexible at start and end, but require subletter for all of January, February, and March 2025- central heat and A/C and Samsung frame TV. Nice set up for work from home with a desk. Very walkable neighborhood just 4 blocks from the L train.
