Our beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is available — a happy home for humans, animals, and plants alike! The space is fully furnished and features an open, spacious layout that combines the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.

Located on a quiet street — peaceful at night and not busy during the day. Everything you need is just a short walk away:
-Grocery store & laundromat
-Cafes + two delis on the block
-Saraghina is a 5-minute walk (amazing sourdough bread!)
The area has a wonderful vibe and great community feel.

Availability:

From 12/28 to 1/8, a couple (friends of mine) will stay in one of the bedrooms (wood room), but the rest of the apartment will be free and accessible. Outside of those dates, the entire apartment is available.

About This Lister

You will be alone in the apartment since both tenants are away, except from 10 days, from 12/28-01/08, when my friends (a couple) will come to stay in the wood room.

It would be great if the person that rents the apartment is above all respectful of our cherished space. A plant lover would be amazing cause they are the real roommates. They do not need too much work. It would be great if that person is quiet, so our neighbors feel respected too.
