LEASE TAKEOVER CLINTON HILL - 2 Bed 2 Bath

My family is moving overseas and our apartment is going to be available for a lease takeover starting December 15th.

We live in a 2 bed 2 bath doorman building with included amenities in Clinton Hill. Rent is $5300 and the current lease runs until July 31st with the option to renew.

The ideal person would also buy all of our furniture from us! So the place would be ready to move straight in.
