We are looking for a quiet, responsible long-term tenant for our 2BR apartment, on the 2nd floor, in the lovely Kypseli multicultural neighborhood of Athens, Greece.

The apartment is sunny and spacious, and has been freshly painted and cleaned. In addition to lots of windows, built-in storage, and a built-in desk, it features a balcony on both sides. Please contact me for a video of the apartment.

We're renting it unfurnished. Tenant is required to supply their own refrigerator and, if desired, washer and dryer. (In Greece, it's customary for tenants to bring their own appliances, though in our case we are supplying a stove.)

Tenant pays water, electric and the building maintenance fees.
The lease is for two years, with option to renew. **Please note that we are not able to rent it for shorter periods.**

If you're not local to Athens, we are happy to arrange a Zoom interview. This apartment has been in our family for a long time, and we are eager to rent it to someone who will care for and appreciate it.

In 2020, I launched the Palm Tree Workshops Space in Santorini, a creative venue that hosts international workshops and residencies, focusing on creative exchange and in-depth artistic research.
