I am a media/strategy/creative director professional who has lived in this lovely apartment for 15 years. (First and only tenant in this space.) It's a true GEM. I've been going back and forth to the midwest to support family so ideally I'm looking for someone who could sublet throughout the summer (July - mid-Sept) and/or do a flexible time share with me (approx. 3 weeks on/3 weeks off throughout the year/Dec 2024. I'm flexible on the duration, etc.)

A bit about me: I live on a lake in rural Indiana as well as my apartment in NYC. I enjoy boating, fishing, paddle boarding, music, cooking, creative lifestyles and interacting with all types of people. One of the things that makes this apartment so special to me is the amount of sunlight, the backyard(s) and the close proximity to parks and water.
