Hi! Our cozy Echo Park home is looking for two people to fill two spacious bedrooms. This is a four bedroom house overlooking Echo Park Lake (literally steps away) and only 200 meters from Sunset Blvd on the other side. The size of the property in total is 6000 sq ft!

We have central a/c and heat, a washer and dryer, and dishwasher. Private parking available, though we have to coordinate between ourselves (two spots).

The house is a charming blue craftsman with a cozy living area, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen. The backyard is massive and is great for outdoor dinners and entertaining, or yoga and meditation up top. All the common spaces are furnished, and it truly feels like home.

We are in our early 30s and love to walk around the lake to break up the work day or spend time in the sun in the huge backyard. We typically have pretty quiet work weeks and enjoy cooking, music, and being with friends. We like having friends drop by, hosting dinners and the like. We're hoping to find folks who want to be a part of our little community here.

We’re looking for two people to move in. One room is available June 1 (~$1500/mo), another July 1 (~$1400/mo, utilities separate for both). Lease is 6 months with opportunity to extend. Also, if you’re looking for a bedroom and to use one of the less expensive rooms as separate office, we can discuss.

One of us has a cat, so must like cats (we sadly can’t accommodate other pets).

Please also note that one of our housemates spends one out of every 2 or 3 months in NYC, and we prefer a shared-space culture where we can sublet (and, of course, ensure that we find a fit we all feel comfortable with).
