The apartment is a true one bedroom that gets bright morning light and overlooks the low sprawling cityscape that is Brooklyn. It's perfect for a professional who values quiet, clean space in a building with amenities like a doorman, gym, laundry room, and landscaped terrace overlooking the East River.
The building is 14-stories tall, and the apartment is on the 11th floor. The kitchen is on the smaller side but fully function with a dishwasher.
I love my apartment and have called it home for more than 10 years. Looking for someone to care for it while I am away.
Rent includes water, gas, and internet. Renter responsible for electricity which runs the central air.
