Available for sublet is a furnished ground floor 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 700 sq ft recently renovated apartment right on Prospect Park. You can see the beautiful park and trees right outside all 6 street facing windows. The Parkside Ave Q train station is on the same block and is less than a 1 minute walk away.

Apartment is available starting October 1 2024. We are looking for someone to sublet for the entire period October 1 2024 to March 31 2025 with the strong possibility of renewing the sublet in April 2025.

All personal belongings pictured in the bedrooms and living room will be removed and all the furniture will remain for the subletter, so this will be a fully furnished and professionally cleaned apartment ready for move in. The kitchen is stocked with appliances (coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc), cooking supplies (pots, pans, knives, etc) and cutlery, plates, glasses, etc much like a well-equipped vacation rental.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom includes a full closet with hanging rod as well as an IKEA armoire with hanging rod for LOTS of storage/closet space. The larger bedroom includes a desk and office chair, the smaller bedroom includes a queen bed, and both rooms include a window view of the park.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a sectional couch, standing desk with stool, and kitchen table for two. Broadband internet wireless router and modem are already installed. A 43" Samsung smart tv with stand is also in the living room.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is separate and features LOTS of countertop and cabinet space, dish washer, full size fridge, gas stove, and microwave.

SUMMER WEATHER
Two window air conditioning units will be provided to keep the apartment cool in the summer months.

BUILDING MANAGEMENT
Features a friendly and attentive live-in super, as well as the best building management I've ever experienced in my 20 years living in NYC.
