This is a beautiful, top floor apartment in a three-unit building in a very neighborly and peaceful part of Bed Stuy.

This unit is very much a nice bright oasis and a comfortable space to relax. It has a private private rooftop deck. It's huge — with a separate dining area, a living room, and a quiet and cozy bedroom. The kitchen has more than enough room for dining. There's a lot of sunlight throughout. It's a very comfortable space to relax. It is not child-proofed and the stairs are narrow, so that's something to consider.

It's a little further east than the more popular areas of Bed Stuy but it's quiet, well connected — a short walk to the C train at Ralph Ave, with other trains within walking distance as well.

It's very clean and well-maintained, and very much my home. I am a writer and my space is important to me. Whenever I have sublet homes in the past, I have always treated them like my own, so I would expect the same for my apartment. This is a building with very kind and respectful people, and the idea is to find someone I can trust to be a courteous neighbor while I am away.
