Home is available for one, two or three weeks per month rental between October 2025 and June 2026. Weekly rent amounts will be prorated using the monthly amount. Our ideal tenant will be interested in sharing our home two to four weeks each month over this time period with a commitment through June 2026. We are open to discussing the details during a showing. There is a lot of flexibility around the exact number of weeks rented.

Come live in the beautiful valley of Bloomville. Our home is situated on 33+ Acres with the West Branch of the Delaware river forming the south border, and provides many valley views. It has two bedrooms, loft, and one bath plus an outdoor deck/porch.

The property also has an off grid cabin located on a hill next to the river. The cabin may be included in the rental, TBD following a showing.

House has direct access to the West Branch of the Delaware river with swimming, kayaking and trout fishing. The Catskill Rail Trail runs through the property and connects many small communities for over thirty miles. It is walking distance to local farm-stands and First Bloom store in Bloomville. These can be reached directly from the trail.

Our home is within easy reach of larger towns. It is 10-15 minutes from Delhi, Stamford and Hobart (known as the Book Village). Oneonta is the largest nearby town and Poughkeepsie is 1.5hrs.

Rent is $2375/month, utilities included.
