The space is a 3 BR, 2 BA, 2 rooms indoors and one outdoor ADU studio that has its own shower/bathroom. The house is beautifully designed, with comfortable, new furniture from ABC Home, Pottery Barn, West Elm. I have collected art from around the world that energizes each room. I've let the garden overgrow and flowers cover the yard. It's a truly whimsical space. Currently it is set up as a 1 BR, with second room as office with pullout sofa in the house, and a 2nd queen bedroom in the ADU. I can move the second queen bed inside if preferable.

The house layout is open and flowing, there's a parking driveway and parking in front of the house.

The location is truly the best- one block from south congress, a really fun street to walk around, have dinner, and listen to live music.
