Shared with two kind and respectful flatmates. The apartment includes a cozy living room with a projector (lots of tennis and movie nights), a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with Sonos, and washer/dryer.

The rooftop is perfect for sunset dinners, quiet mornings, or a soak in the jacuzzi with a view.

The space is calm, filled with plants and books, and gets plenty of natural light. It’s quiet, but really well located—just 5 minutes from Boxhagener Platz with its cafés, restaurants, shops, and weekend markets. Frankfurter Tor and the M10 are right around the corner, and Berghain is a 12-minute walk away (if that’s your thing).

About This Lister

My partner is an architect and I’m a writer and healing arts practitioner. We’re subletting our room this July while we’re traveling. We live here with two lovely flatmates, Chris (German) and David (Aussie), and the apartment has a calm, creative energy with lots of plants, sunlight, and slow dinners. We’re looking for someone to enjoy and care for our space while we’re gone.
