I'm subletting a big, sun-filled 1 bed/1 bath apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, on the 5th floor of an elevator building. Lincoln Rd near Flatbush, 2 minutes walk from Q/B/S at Prospect Park, and 3 minutes from the Prospect Park entrance. The apartment is fully furnished, quiet, and spacious!

There is no laundry in the building, but there's a laundromat and laundry service right downstairs. No smoking and no pets please. Looking for clean and friendly people.

(The apartment has another bedroom, but I will keep it closed during your stay. Let me know if you need two bedrooms, and we can discuss it!)
