We want everyone to feel comfortable and at ease, so we kindly ask that the following are respected:
One reference letter with contact information is required.
A refundable security deposit is required:
_ $250 for weekly stays
_ $500 for stays longer than one week (up to one month)
The deposit will be returned upon key handoff at the end of your stay, provided everything is in good condition.
A simple sublease agreement will be signed by both parties prior to move-in.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the arrival date. After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
This is a non-smoking home. Parties and additional guests are not permitted, as we value a peaceful and respectful living environment.
