After multiple successful sublet experiences through Listings Project, I am looking for another subletter for my furnished Brooklyn Heights/Cobble Hill apartment for 4 weeks beginning Sunday June 7 through Sunday July 5 (start and end is flexible). Cost includes utilities; I have an AC for each window to install in the summer. It is a 1-BR, 5th floor apt in a 5-floor, 10-unit building on State St and Willow Place. Great sunlight, gas stove, tons of pantry and closet space, great water pressure in the shower, comfortable WFH setup, and roof access with views of Statue of Liberty, Governors Island, and FiDi. Thr apt is near tons of cute bars and restaurants on Atlantic Ave, Court St, Smith St, and Montague St. Walking distance to many subways, including the 2/3, 4/5, and R within 10 min and the G, F, and A/C about 15 min. It’s also next to Brooklyn Bridge Park and a couple blocks from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade.

I will be honest - they are putting up a building next door and there is construction happening. It is during the weekdays. If you need to sleep during the day or work from home permanently, youll need noise cancelling Headphones. Best for those who go in office at this time.

I will be traveling for the month and therefore do not need my apt! It is very stocked with pantry and kitchen items and furnished primarily with west elm furniture. Building has roof access and wonderful, kind and respectful neighbors. I’ve been in this apartment 5 years and am never leaving.
