I have a lovely room right off the Dekalb L stop in Bushwick in an apartment that I share with two friends. I will be traveling August-Sept and looking for a trustworthy person who will be respectful of my space during that time + someone who will get along with my roommates.
Space includes:
- Your own private bathroom (!!!)
- Desk
- Massive windows
- AC that is controllable by room
- Lots of closet space (could move some of my stuff as needed)
- Tiny balcony in room!
- GOOD VIBES
- Roof access + Courtyard
- Gym in building
Location:
- Right off the Dekalb L stop
- Lots of cute coffee shops + restaurants in neighborhood
- 10 min walk to Maria Hernandez Park
Roommate details:
- both mid twenties women and good friends of mine
- both of them will likely be out for part of the time, so you may even have the apartment to yourself for large stretches
- are clean and a joy to live with!

I am the current tenantRental requirements
- female mid-20s - early 30s preferred by other roommates, open to other options if it's the right fit
- payment of $1400 up front - open to discussion if you only need the space for a portion of the time etc
- as part of vetting process would do a quick vibe check and introduce you to the roommates
- move in August 22nd or later, move out Sept 13th
Pets Policy
Pets are allowed in the building, and a dog could theoretically be allowed - it would come down to the dog and to my roommate's openness to have a furry friend around!
No cats bc I am allergic :(
