Hello, Listings Project — I’m seeking a responsible professional—either an individual or a tidy couple — for a one-year sublet of my brownstone apartment in Cobble Hill, starting June 1 (with potential to extend).
The second-floor apartment is spacious and bright, overlooking a tree-lined street with a garden view from the kitchen/dining area. It comes with a good AC unit and some basic furnishings, but is largely unfurnished (you’ll need to bring essentials like a bed, desk, and sofa). It’s ideal for one person, or a couple where both are not working from home full-time.
The location is excellent: one block from Court Street’s restaurants, cafés, and markets; a short walk to Cobble Hill Park, Carroll Park, and Brooklyn Bridge Park; and about seven minutes to the F/G trains, with easy access to Lower Manhattan and North Brooklyn.
The apartment is in a historic brownstone with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and great natural light. Please note: no dishwasher or in-unit laundry, no elevator (not ADA accessible), and no pets, smoking, or parties. The building is quiet and community-oriented.
WiFi and most utilities are included (tenant covers summer electricity due to AC). Be in touch with questions!

$3650 per month. Full payment along with a one-month security deposit and $200 cleaning fee due at agreement signing. The $200 cleaning fee is to have the space cleaned before you arrive and after you depart.
Please be ready to meet (by video or in person) and to provide two references from a previous landlord or subletter, proof of income, proof of a strong credit score and a social media handle.
