I'm looking for someone to share my 2-bedroom apartment with.

The apartment is the ground floor of a brownstone on a quiet, residential block. We’re 5 minutes from the M train, 10 from the J, and 15 from the L. There's plenty of options nearby for groceries, restaurants, cafes, bars, music, etc.

The bedroom is medium-sized, with plenty of natural light. The room comes unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is ready to live in!

The apartment has tons of space, a gas stove, a deep bathtub, and a large private backyard. There’s also a good amount of storage space in the finished basement.

The start date is Nov 1, but I could accommodate an earlier move if it's helpful at all!
