Looking to sublet the biggest room in my apartment out. It has two windows that has lots of sunlight throughout the day and its own bathroom with bath.
It’s in bushwick right off the j train.

Unfurnished, with an option of keeping the queen mattress.

There are two other rooms in the apt that are filled with myself and my roommate. Like to keep the space calm with occasional chats. I host a friend here and there for a few hours or less but like to keep the place calm for the majority. Keep partner hosting to a minimum. Currently looking for a third roomie. We are 420 friendly. Looking for someone who will respect the space and the cleanliness expectations. No shoes, no dishes in the sink, no pets.

Open to move in date, looking to fill room by Jan 1st! Room would be prorated if your move in isn’t on the 1st of the month.
