washer/dryer, two levels, with spiral staircase, furnished, summer sublet. tons of light, skylights and ceiling to floor windows. upstairs is walker accessible, back entrance through garden allows for direct access to main living space. no air conditioning, fans only.

set on a hill away from most other house, backs up to rolling hills amongst cherry tree farms. rural and bucolic and you can be in Basel, Zürich, Lucerne or Bern within an hour or 2.

5 minute walk to local bus line, 20 minute walk to regional train station, 30 minutes from Basel, 40 minutes from Zürich, 60 minutes from Zürich airport.

1 elder cat who would need feeding, with cat-sitter on call for when you are away for a few days.

On call house caretaker if there are any questions. potential to have our car for shopping and day trips, for an added cost. (no kid's car seat, pls bring your own)

About This Lister

musicians, parents, educators. wanting to sublet to a family, artist, couple or small group who are looking for a space to stay while also traveling on day trips around Switzerland. My partner will be available upon arrival and for any questions during your stay. Normal clean, normal living organization/disorganization. Must be able to love on elder cat when in house.
