I’m currently in a transitional chapter of my life looking for a furnished, cozy, inspiring sublet starting 1st week of February (move-in date flexible). I’m seeking a space where I can land softly, recalibrate, and step into this next chapter with clarity and care.

I’m hoping to find a home with plants, natural light, and thoughtful touches. I'd love a nourishing environment that feels grounding, energizing, comfortable, and warm.

I’m drawn to neighborhoods with a vibrant community, walkability, and a bit of magic (i.e. cafés, culture, nearby nature, local arts scene).

I’m a quiet, reliable, respectful, friendly (clean!) tenant and creative professional who treats every home with love. A short term arrangement 3-6 months is ideal for me at this time. $1200 to $1600 ideal budget.

I currently WFH and will need wifi!
Ease in doing laundry preferable.
Entire home/private space preferable.
