Hello everyone!

Our calm, modern and beautifully designed 56m2 / 602sqft apartment in the 11th arrondissement is available between August 10th and August 31st 2025 — for minimum 1 week.

The space:
- Our apartment (56m²) is on the top floor of a Parisian building from the 1990s. This means a large elevator, great soundproofing (double glass everywhere), and recent amenities.
- It has one bedroom, a fully closed, large and well-equipped kitchen (I love to cook), a big living room, one bathroom and a toilet room.
- We have a lovely outdoor space, halfway between a balcony and a terrasse. The view from there is great on the East roofs of Paris. It has a table with two chairs to spend your meals on, and some plants we take good care of (and that might need a bit of watering throughout your stay)
- We’re a couple made of a jazz musician (Raphaël) and a contemporary art curator (Camille). This means that we’ve furnished our place with care, with great art, modern and vintage design furniture, and a good piano. We also both work from home, so there are two comfortable desks and a good wifi. These are located in our living room, which has 3 large French windows and give us tons of light throughout the day. The sun comes into the appartement only at the end of the day, which means that it stays relatively fresh even in case of heatwaves. We do have two fans in case it gets too hot.
- Full kitchen with an induction stove, spacious fridge, oven, dishwasher, pots & pans, good knives, and tons of good spices because we love to cook.

The Neighborhood:
- You might have heard of the 11th as the best neighborhood of Paris, filled with locals, and little tourists. There are 4 different bakeries in our street, 2 markets (one of them, the Marché d’Aligre is the oldest in the city!), two gyms, many bars and restaurants with young, creative chefs, 2 cinemas, etc… The Seine is also a 5-10 min walk from our place, arriving at a spot with very little people where you can enjoy scenic views from the back of Notre-Dame. The Marais is also a 15 min walk. You can catch 4 different metro lines from two different stations that are a 5 min walk from the appartement and that take you all over Paris (lines 1, 5, 8 and 9). And there are many citibikes parking spots around.

What’s Included:
- Towels and linen sheets.
- Dishwasher and washing machine
- Yoga mat
- Two fans
- Lots of architecture, art, history, music and literature books in French/English.
- A piano
- Utilities are included in the rent: High-speed internet, gas, electricity, water.

When you contact us, please briefly introduce yourself! We greatly value good communication.

Thank you!
Camille

About This Lister

We're a French couple. I’m Camille and my partner is called Raphaël. We both lived in many different cities around the world (Buenos Aires, Boston, New York, Montreal, London and Brussels). We both moved back to Paris in 2019-2020, and moved in this place a year ago. Raphaël is a jazz drummer, and I’m a contemporary art curator working independently. One of us will give you the keys when you come to town!
