We're subletting our spacious apartment in a two-unit house with high ceilings and lots of natural light on the Cambridge/Somerville border! Our space is a light-filled 2 bed, 1 bath, with an additional office-sized room, living room, dining room, updated kitchen, attic storage space, shared backyard, and private balcony.

We have a dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, and 1 off-street parking spot. Central heat with 3 window A/C units.

We'll be away for the summer and fall on an academic fellowship. Our subletter can enjoy our fully furnished place: 1 queen bed, 1 full-size bed, exercise bike, WFH room with standing desk setup, couches + TV, etc!

Location: Between Inman Sq & Union Sq, near Lincoln Park (a beautiful place to hang out in the summer). 7 min walk to Union Sq Green Line, 20 min walk to Central Sq Red Line. Harvard: 8 min bike/15 min bus/25 min walk. MIT: 10 min bike/20 min bus/25 min walk. Short walk to Bow Market, Bouldering Project, 1369 Cafe, Whole Foods, Trina’s, Walgreens, etc.

We're a married professional and graduate student who have been renting our apartment for two years. We love our neighborhood and our space, and are hoping to find a caring subletter to enjoy our apartment while we're away on a fellowship.
