Our brownstone apartment spans three floors, with two bedrooms (king + queen), two bathrooms, and a private backyard. The apartment has a lot of natural light, a spacious living area, and a home office.

Carroll Gardens is one of Brooklyn’s most charming neighborhoods, known for its tree-lined streets, historic brownstones, and a friendly feel. Our place is less than a 10 minute walk from the F/G line. It takes about 20 minutes to get into lower Manhattan.
