Need a winter escape? We’re renting our 2-bedroom house on a quiet 3 acres in Accord between December and January.
Serene area but super close to amenities: 8 mins from grocery stores, 25 mins from Kingston and New Paltz, 25 mins from the Gunks, 20 mins from winter fun in the Catskills.
Super fast internet for remote workers!
We have runner ducks that would need to be taken care of every few days in trade for living at our fully-furnished place for a lower price. 4-5 hours (max) of work needed per week in exchange for a monthly compensation that roughly totals $2,350/month as a discount on housing.
Negotiable on length of stay, price, and dates, but would love to have someone starting December 8th until around mid/late Jan.

Because we have ducks, dogs are definitely welcome but would have to occasionally be leashed outside if the ducks are also out of their run.
