The Bedroom is on the second floor - with an insanely comfortable organic memory-foam mattress (double bed), cotton sheets, and cozy down blankets. The spacious, fully stocked kitchen includes a gas range stove and stainless steel side by side refrigerator (with ice maker.) The house is entirely yours and is clean, pet-free, and smoke-free. There is a back door mudroom and a front entrance foyer for shoes / coats. The home is equipped with a washer and dryer on site and has both radiator and mini-split heating/cooling.

Off-street parking makes coming and going easy, and the friendly neighbors (who keep to themselves) add to the relaxed but lively neighborhood vibe. The fully fenced in backyard offers privacy, a cozy outdoor couch, fire-pit (with wood provided), and string lights—perfect for unwinding. The neighborhood has a passing train, which adds a bit of Kingston’s historic character.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with approval.
