About This Lister

I’m a 38-year-old female architect based here in LA, and I’ve called this apartment home for the past 5 years after a decade in NYC. An opportunity to spend a month in Paris came up, and I’m hoping to find someone who will enjoymy space while I’m away.

I love interior design and architecture (unsurprisingly!) and tend to be a bit of a neat freak and aesthetic snob—in the best way. The apartment reflects that, and I’m looking for someone who will appreciate and respect the space as much as I do.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, board games, puzzles, and picnicking while listening to live jazz near LACMA. The apartment is stocked with plenty of games, puzzles, and Sonos that you’re more than welcome to enjoy during your stay.

I have a wonderful relationship with the other tenants and can easily connect you with them via text or email if needed. The landlords are an older couple who are very hands-off, so any issues or repairs can be handled directly with the building’s reliable repairman, Freddy.

Rental requirements

Payment:
Full payment of rent and security deposit is required via Zelle upon commitment/agreement to reserve the apartment.

Viewings:
The apartment can be viewed in person if you’re local, or via FaceTime for convenience.

Verification Required:
Please provide a brief introduction about yourself (and anyone else staying), along with one of the following proofs of income: letter of employment (with contact reference) or 2 months of most recent bank statements.

Security Deposit:
$850 (equivalent to one week’s rent), refundable within 14 days of move-out, pending any damages or excessive cleaning needs.

Occupancy & House Rules:
Maximum Occupancy: One person or a couple. No Pets.
No Smoking of any kind inside the apartment or anywhere on the property.
No Parties. Please be respectful of neighbors in this quiet building.

Cleaning:
The apartment should be left in a clean condition, as it was found. A professional cleaning (included in rental cost) is included and scheduled for once a week.

Emergency Contact:
Please provide a local emergency contact name and phone number in case any issues arise during your stay.

Key Handover:
Keys will be provided via a secure lockbox for self check-in and return.

Pets Policy

Service dogs are permitted for an additional $150 nonrefundable cleaning fee.
