I've lived in this apartment for 9 years and have absolutely loved it! Unfortunately, family obligations mean that I will need to move out. I'm truly heartbroken to give up this gorgeous, one of a kind apartment.
I'm flexible when it comes to move in date, and I can also leave some furniture for you (including the bed, air conditioners, and possibly a couch).
Lease ends May 31st, Landlord would be happy to renew with you.
