The location is ideal: walking distance to local restaurants, cafés, and the bike path, and equidistant between Uptown Kingston and the Rondout waterfront district. It's a family-friendly neighborhood with a welcoming feel.

The large front porch faces west, with beautiful sunsets! The backyard has a big dining table, a grill, and plenty of flowers in season.

Primary bedroom: 500 sq ft upstairs suite (accessed via a spiral staircase) with a king bed and attached bathroom. Note: the primary bath has a bathtub only, no shower.

Second bedroom: Queen bed and closet.

Third bedroom: Used as a spacious home office. Strong Fiber Wifi

Full bathroom on the main floor with a shower.

Frame TV in the living area for both artwork display and regular viewing.

The house is furnished with the owner's belongings. Ample space will be cleared for guests, but this is a lived-in home rather than a staged rental. It will be thoroughly cleaned before your stay.
