The bungalow has a spacious, open floor plan with one main large room + bathroom. It is full of light with windows all around, a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, and bright wood floors. Private sweet little backyard, palm trees, and laundry on the property. There are a few minimal care plants, too :)
The location is really central, the park is only a few blocks away, you can walk to Sunset Blvd and get to DT or Silverlake in 10 minutes.
There are 7 bungalows and all of my neighbors are quiet and very nice.
This sublet is for 2-3 months while I am in NYC from December-January, and likely through February.
Rent is $2400 a month + utilities (wifi + electric + gas approx $150)

I am the current tenantRental requirements
1/2 of 1st month rent due upon agreement and the other 1/2 on Dec 1st. There is a cleaning fee of $80 and if down linens (pillows + blankets) are needed an additional $80 for dry cleaning.
