I'm Charlie (they/them, she/her) and I'm a film producer who splits their time between New York and Los Angeles.

I frequently travel and would love to have a fellow creative (or otherwise!) rent my apartment while I'm away. I've put a lot of TLC into this space, and want to share it with someone looking for a quiet and cozy spot to stay in the city, who is communicative and respectful. I like to keep my space tidy, while still giving it that warm, lived-in feel. I have lived in Greenpoint for over 5 years now and wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
