The apartment could not be in a better location. You’ll be close to the 6, L, RW, and F trains, Tompkins Square Park, as well as some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. Wegman’s, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s are within walking distance. The building is VERY quiet and respectful, so looking for someone who also wants a peaceful space.

The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need to live/work/cook. Price includes utilities (in-unit AC is already installed) and wifi. Please note that this is a 4th floor walkup.

Dogs are welcome, but please no cats.
