I’m opening up my home to share with someone who needs a charming place to stay in Clinton Hill while I travel.

Located on a lovely tree lined street, you are a close walk to the C and G trains, about <20min to lower Manhattan, as well as many buses that will take you all around Brooklyn. The block is quiet, where crickets can be heard at night and birds singing songs in the morning. There are some great cafes and restaurants within close walking distance as well.

The space is full of light all day long, high 10ft+ ceilings, and plenty of breathing space, a perfect for an oasis in the city or a remote work situation.

Two large rooms are connected by a private hallway in the center, one side is set up as a dining room with a kitchen off of it and the other is a bedroom/living room with a bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything one could need, stainless steel cookwares, and all the linens in the house are 100% cotton :)

$120/night, utilities included
(price adjusted lower for month long stays.)

I treat my home as a sanctuary, everything is always kept incredibly nice n neat and I hope that subleters will do the same. <3
