Massive bedroom filled with morning light, a queen-sized bed with a Casper mattress, modern AC unit, and wardrobe for your use. Duvet, bedsheets, towels, and kitchen items included. Cozy living room with 54” smart TV, an extremely sleepable sectional, a large desk to work from by the window, and kitchen island so you can cook and watch TV at the same time.
I have a Sonos speaker and record player to use at your discretion as well.
INCLUDED:
- Heat, hot water, gas, electricity, AC unit, plus high-speed Wi-Fi.
- Yoga mat, dumbell set with assorted weight sizes, and ab roller for at-home workouts
- Complete kitchen with appliances such as microwave, food processor, mixing tools, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc.
- Basic house cleaning products and supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, etc).
COMMUTE:
The apartment is 5 short blocks from the Franklin Park C/S and 8 minute walk to the Bedford-Nostrand G.
NEIGHBORHOOD/ BUILDING:
The apartment is located off of the heartbeat between Crown Heights, Bed-Stuy, and Clinton Hill - Franklin Ave. Enjoy a drink at The Franklin or Do or Dive and wake up to a breakfast burrito from Cafe Calaca! If you don’t mind a 5 minute shuttle, you will have access to other neighborhood goodies like Ras Plant Based and Chavela’s. The YMCA is a mere 3 min walk if you fancy an early swim while Blink is a 5 min walk if you prefer a complete gym. The laundromat is quite literally around the corner and one of many supermarkets is virtually steps away!

Rental requirements
To book this place, you will need to provide valid ID, sign a sublet lease, and pay the Security Deposit ($TBD based on the amount of time) and the rent via Zelle, Venmo, or in cash the week before moving in. A $150 cleaning fee will be taken from the security deposit at the end of the lease if the apartment is not returned in similar condition.
I'm looking for someone responsible, clean, and respectful of my home and neighbors. No parties.
