After 4 wonderful years, my partner and I (plus two very content cats) are parting ways with our peaceful Greenpoint haven.

This sunny, top-floor lofted studio is a quiet little oasis nestled on the fifth floor (yes, it’s a walkup—but think of it as built-in cardio). With no neighbors on your floor, you’ll enjoy true tranquility and privacy.

This space has been our cozy retreat and creative hideaway, and we hope it brings as much joy to you as it did to us. we got very creative with the space and are open to pass along some of the additions/ furnishings.

About This Lister

We’re a couple who’ve called this cozy Greenpoint loft home for the past four years, and we’ve truly loved living here. The neighborhood is peaceful and full of charm—we’re just steps from McGolrick Park, amazing coffee shops, and great local eats.

This space is perfect for someone (or a couple!) who enjoys getting a little creative with their setup and isn’t afraid of a small DIY project to make the most of it. We’ve made it our own over the years and hope someone else can do the same.

We're the current tenants and sadly have to move out early before our lease is up. Our landlord has agreed to refund our security deposit if we can find new tenants to sign a new lease once we move out.
