Hi there,
I’m looking for someone to stay at my cozy Upper East Side studio while I’m away in Europe for a few weeks (possibly even after February). The apartment has high ceilings and a nice private backyard that’s great for getting some fresh air.
The location is super convenient—close to the Q and 456 trains, the 86th St Crosstown bus, and the ferry to Brooklyn, Astoria, or Downtown Manhattan. Central Park is just a short walk away, and Carl Schurz Park is right nearby, so there’s plenty of green space. The neighborhood also has lots of great spots to eat and hang out.
I’m currently not in the States, so we would need to meet via FaceTime to go over the place and get to know each other. I’d love to find someone responsible, considerate, and low-key. No pets or parties, please—and ideally you’d be able to stay for the whole period listed.
Internet is included, and we’d just split gas and electric (usually around $35 each, a little more when it’s really hot).
Also, please let me know your earliest possible move-in date and how long you’re planning to stay.
Looking forward to connecting soon!
And hello again!
I’m a journalist, and I’ll be out of town for a few weeks. I really love my apartment and would like to find someone who is quiet, neat, and a good communicator to take care of it while I'm away. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is drama-free and honest (it's wild out there, friends...)
If you think you might be a good fit, I’d love to meet you digitally and arrange a showing with a friend of mine. Looking forward to connecting!
