$200 a night during the holiday season for a price of $3,600 for the entire 18 night period from Tuesday, December 16th until Saturday, January 3rd.

One large bedroom with a queen size bed and one full bathroom available for your usage
The apartment has two bedrooms/two bathrooms, however, we are only renting the first floor bedroom and bathroom. You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

This is our home filled with art and books so I’m looking for a thoughtful person who I can trust in my absence. Please no parties, pets, or indoor smoking.
To ensure a good fit and mutual trust:
Please send a short email introducing yourself and include a link to your vacation rental profile or LinkedIn. I’ll happily do the same.
A quick phone call or video chat is required before confirming the reservation.
To secure the booking:
50% of the rental total due at the time of booking
Refundable security deposit of $1,000
Cleaning fee included within rental
Scan or photo of your current passport
Signed Guest Agreement
The remaining 50% of the rental total is due upon check-in. The security deposit will be returned after checkout, pending any damages or issues (I've returned it the day after for previous guests; luckily there's never been any issues).
