It looks wee but is three floors and has everything needed for a lovely Cape Cod getaway. There are two idyllic ponds in walking distance, and the town of Wellfleet is a few minutes drive or bike ride. Ocean and Bay beaches ~10 minutes by car.

The main floor is a living room and full, open kitchen. Top floor is large loft-like bedroom, 2nd bedroom is on the bottom floor, along with a washer/dryer and entrance to patio. There are a few houses nearby, mostly not visible from the property. Neighbors are respectful and quiet. It's on the ocean side of Rt. 6 (but not on Rt. 6!)
