This is a cool space with it's own private bathroom on the tenth and top floor on East Broadway and Bowery , across from Dim Sum Go Go. The Braveman building
It is a great place to use as a studio ,make art or whatever or use as an office . Although there is no proper slop sink there is water with the bathroom sink. The space has five big windows with great views.It is not a perfect space as the floor paint is peeling in spots as it is in my studio and the heat as in those old buildings can get very hot and hence the windows may stay open as I do but it is a very nice space! In summer I have put ceiling fans and as it is so high up it is not hot.

The front door and elevator are open daily until 6 Although the intercom is still not working and I have been there three years , there is 24 hour access .
A super is on premises daily.
