Looking for a Brooklyn home away from home for the holidays? Need space to spread out, eat, entertain?

My husband and I are renting our lovely 2 bedroom duplex apartment in a townhouse (with huge private yard!) in Bedstuy from December 20th-January 4th! We have some flexibility on dates but preference will be given to anyone looking to stay all/most of the duration.

$250 per night
$3400 for the duration (15 nights, $350 discount)
***The home can be decorated for the holidays including a fully decorated live Christmas tree, stocking, the works, at extra cost.***

Our expansive 2 Bedroom 1 Bath apartment is set over 2 floors in a 3 story townhouse. The parlor floor features the living room, primary bedroom and oversized bathroom. The garden floor features a family-sized, open kitchen with dining alcove (can seat up to 8), guest bedroom (with substantial work from home set-up), laundry room with washer/dryer and backyard access. The kitchen features a coffee/tea bar with Nespresso and milk frother, French Press, pour over and stove top Moka. Planning on holiday meals? We have a multitude of cooking/baking appliances and utensils (KitchenAid stand mixer, InstaPot, Le Creuset dutch oven, juicers, 2 electric fondue pots, 2 types of waffle makers...you get the point!)

Our home is on a pretty (and quiet!) tree-lined brownstone street in Brooklyn. Located on Hancock St, right by Tompkins Ave. (filled with cafes, restaurants, bars, shops etc.). 5 blocks to the C Train at Kingston-Throop.
