Looking for a short-term sublet in Bed-Stuy? A clean and cozy bedroom with a private bathroom is available from September 17 to October 17 in a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, with a possibility of extension.
The room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, large closet, and great natural light. You'll also have your own bathroom, plus an extra storage closet outside. The shared living room and kitchen are fully furnished with hardwood floors, a dishwasher, and central AC/heat.
The building includes excellent amenities: laundry in the basement, gym, rooftop, package room, game room, TV lounge, bike room, and backyard. The apartment is just a couple of blocks from Herbert Von King Park and a 10-minute walk to the G train.
Preferences: clean, organized, respectful, doesn’t bring the party home, and communicates well.

Having lived in this apartment for six years, I’ve fallen in love with the neighborhood and my wonderful neighbors. I'm in my late 30s, clean, easygoing, and friendly. I work in the arts/academia.
I enjoy visiting galleries and museums on weekends, and love cooking. During September, I love biking around Brooklyn or going for a hike.

*A sublease agreement to be signed, a copy of a photo ID (I will also share mine so you're covered), a security deposit, and a full month's rent are required upfront if you rent for one month.
* Rent: This room is available September 17 to October 17 with a possibility of extension.
Daily: $100 per day (for shorter stays)
Weekly: $500 per week (utilities included)
Monthly: $2,000 flat (a discounted rate compared to the weekly price)
* $200 security deposit (returned within 5 days after move-out)
* No pets
* No smoking
* No parties
*If you're interested, kindly include your phone number in the email you send me. I usually respond quickly and prefer to communicate via phone to arrange tours more efficiently. I have WhatsApp as well.
*I prefer to meet you in person or connect via FaceTime before finalizing the rental. I am more than willing to show you the apartment and address any inquiries you may have.
