Fast internet and heat are included, laundry across the street.
Elevator access, 10-15 min walk to all trains and close proximity to the water, bridges to bk, dimes sq & LES, and best cheapest dumplings across the street.
It’s honestly a great apartment beyond the terrific location.

Rental requirements
Preference for a single individual who will rent for the duration of the dates listed; necessary a quiet, simple, responsible lifestyle.
We both have specialized equipment so the renter must agree not disturb atelier space /audio equipment, and we will require a ~$750 deposit which will be returned upon returning to everything in great condition.
No pets.
