3 bedrooms (plus small bonus bedroom) 2.5 baths in a friendly Norman village. Sandwiched in between 2 waterfalls, 45 minute drive to Le Mont St. Michel and the coast, 20 minute drive from train station, yards away from the green path for hikers, cyclists and horseback riders from Paris to Le Mont St. Michel. The village is serene but has 2 grocery stores, a hardware store, pharmacy, hospital, banks - everything you need within 5 minutes drive or walk. The house is a fully furnished 2 story house with fully equipped kitchen, plenty of linens, high speed wi-fi, streaming TV plus free English stations, barbecue in the large garden. The town of Mortain also has a heated pool with a view in the summer months. No air conditioning but fans and ceiling fans in every bedroom - the weather is similar to Seattle. Usually doesn't get very hot in the summer.
