Additional features:
Two fire escapes
Fully equipped kitchen
Bidet toilet
Roku TV
Pullout sofa
Location:
~30 minutes to Times Square
Near Prospect Park (north) and Brighton Beach (south)
Close to Citi Bikes, cafes, and great Caribbean food
Easy street parking
Near Sweet Sundays Cafe (for a feel of the neighborhood)
Optional:
Writing residency vibe possible — mentorship/coaching around creative voice if aligned.
About me:
I’m a bicoastal writer, educator, and occasional nomad moving between NYC and LA. I love comedy, poetry, theatre, travel, and building community with kindred spirits.
Looking for someone who will treat the space with care and respect — clear communication is key.
Pets:
One small, well-behaved pet may be considered (no heavy shedders or destructive behavior).
Warmly,
Marianna

One small, well-behaved pet is possible though heavy shedders are not preferable. (No more than one though.)
I have books and items low to the ground in bookcases so no pets who like to chew or tear up objects, or who like to turn furniture into scratching posts please.
