We are two creative women in our early 30’s who live in the top floor of a two unit home. It’s a great open, airy space close to the flushing G or J.

We would love to live with another woman or NB person, but not a hard and fast rule. We unfortunately can't live with animals due to allergies.

The room available has a skylight and sizable closet. There is a bed and mattress (maybe a few years old?) that comes with the room.

We both lead busy lives but love having this space as a calm haven. We are lucky enough to have a large common area that’s great for hosting cosy hangs or dinners every now and then.

Utilities ~ $100 average ( more in ac months, v little in non-ac months). We have someone come clean every two weeks, which is just under $40 each

We do not have laundry in building, but there are laundromats within walking distance (I use a pickup/dropoff service that costs approximately $35 every other week as well)
