The house is situated on the same block as the Morgan Ave subway station & Bogart Street creative district in the heart of East Williamsburg, 15 minutes from Manhattan, and 20 minutes from Queens, with easy access to both airports directly by subway LGA and JFK.

A professional cleaning happens bi-weekly.

The vibe of the apartment and the other people who reside here are all working professionals who are friendly but busy there is a nice sanctuary atmosphere in the house, it is not a party house but somewhere you can chill out and relax read, or cook without disturbance or rest and revive yourself at the end of the day.

In the summertime time we have weekly donation yoga classes in the back garden
