Hiya! Subletting a room in a super cosy 2B1B in Crown Heights, Brooklyn from Dec-Feb (negotiable till Mar if it’s the right fit).
Elevator pre-war building with w/d in unit + dishwasher. Gut renovated apartment. Beautiful, soft sun that gently pours in during the day.
Location is prime - Right next to Brooklyn Museum and 7 min walk to Prospect Park. Off the 2/3/4/5 lines. Supermarket 2 mins away by foot.
Looking for someone who is respectful, clean ☺️ I’m pretty easy going and would love to share the space with someone who’s a kind person!
Note: There is a possibility for the whole apartment to be rented out in December/Jan so you’d have the space to yourself / 2B1B. Happy to chat more and see what works for everyone.
