Hello! We’re offering our spacious and bright 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom top floor apartment in an elevator building for 1 month (27 days) sublet on the border of Flatbush and Prospect Lefferts Gardens (PLG) from Dec 22-Jan 19 while we work abroad.

Our home features a fully stocked kitchen and breakfast bar perfect for cooking, an inviting large living room with a convertible couch, and a bedroom with a firm, comfortable futon mattress for restful sleep. There’s a digital piano you can use (but never place drinks or food on!) and a bike available to borrow. There is also air-conditioning, air purifier and fast wifi.

Located on the border of PLG and Flatbush, our apartment is an 8-minute walk to Prospect Park, excellent cafes, restaurants, and bars, as well as the B/Q and 2/5 trains, making it easy to get to Manhattan.
