We've been here for nearly ten years! Here's what we love:

Bedroom is large, queen bed and full size desk
Super quiet (faces interior of block)
High Ceilings
Two in wall AC units
Kitchen with full size appliances
All the community of Carroll Gardens has to offer

Good to know:
We keep things clean and do deep cleanings often but do have a cat.
We will remove all things cat related, clutter, and soft items (pillows, blankets, towels) and leave the closet, medicine cabinet, and one dresser empty so you can make yourself comfortable with your own items.
There's an industrial fan in the outdoor space that runs M-F 6am-11am approximately. This is not very loud and otherwise the apartment is nearly silent.

We're looking for someone for 6 months who will enjoy our home and will appreciate the quiet building.
