I am subletting my furnished 1BR in East Williamsburg beginning November 22. The apartment is on a quiet block near great coffee, restaurants, and the L train. It is a true one bedroom with a comfortable layout, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and a separate living room that works well for relaxing or working from home.
The apartment is cozy and lived in and the lighting is warm and comfortable. The bedroom has a full closet and a queen bed. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathroom has good water pressure.
Move out is flexible. I am open to anything from one month to a longer stay depending on your needs.
Ideal for someone who wants a clean, comfortable, well located place while they transition in the city.
About This Lister
I work in disaster recovery and will be in Los Angeles for a project this winter. I’ve lived in this apartment for a few years and keep it clean and comfortable. I’m pretty easy going and just looking for someone responsible who will treat the place with respect while I’m away. Happy to answer any questions and make the process smooth.

Move in is simple. I just ask for:
• First month’s rent
• A basic sublet agreement
• Your name and a photo ID for the paperwork
If you have a reference from a past landlord or roommate, great, but not required. No background checks or credit checks.
I can show the place in person or over video until November 22. After that, I can still do virtual walk throughs, and I can also arrange for a friend to show it in person if needed. I try to keep the process easy and flexible.
Move in by December 1 is ideal, but I can be flexible.
